PLEASE NOTE: A single session is recommended as a maintenance/trial session. For a deep cleanse and to reset your entire digestive health, you will need on average 3 sessions within 10 days. In more complicated cases (such as chronic health problems) we recommend a package of 5 sessions within 30 days, but we will assess and give you our professional recommendation during your initial consultation.

To maintain your gut health, you will receive a recommendation of either a monthly colon cleanse, a deep cleanse (3 colonics 2-4 times a year) or a customised plan.
